On submission, the user sees a success message that says "Success! Your email to this ministry was sent succesfully."

The user's message is sent to the ministry email address that is designated in the CMS. The campus pastor is cc'd on this email.

A copy of the user's message is sent to the user from "Rock Church noreply@sdrock.com". prefixed with "Here is a copy of the email you sent to XXXXX Ministry..." (the subject is "Inquiry via Rock Website")
